"Master's Degrees in Education"

Enhance your career potential…

Bangkok's leading master’s degree programme taught in English on weekends and specially designed for teachers and supervisors working in bilingual and international schools, and in International Colleges......

The Faculty of Education, Rangsit University, has been offering graduate degrees in Education since 2005. These programmes are the only weekend programmes in Bangkok for educators working in bilingual and international settings where language learning is a high priority or where learners come from different language backgrounds.

Rangsit's graduate degrees in education focus on education that is delivered in more than one language. Its president, Dr. Arthit Ourairat, asserts that bilingual education is ‘an essential service for future citizens’.

The Master of Education degree programme allows for two concentrations or majors – administration and bilingual education. Students are encouraged to develop their skills in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data, as well as conceptualizing, evaluating, and implementing solutions for enhancing the quality of instruction pupils receive in schools and students in colleges and universities.

Individuals with a baccalaureate degree in arts, humanities, sciences, engineering, education, or business from accredited universities, and who have a keen interest to expand their knowledge and abilities in the fields of education are encouraged to apply.

Why Study at RSU?

Rangsit University has become one of the most comprehensive universities in Thailand. It boasts more than 20 faculties ranging from the medical sciences (medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, nursing), engineering, architecture, liberal and communication arts, innovation and entrepreneurship, and aviation, to list but a few. There are three campuses with more than 17,000 students.

Quality is a very high priority at Rangsit. If you were to check the educational background of its instructors you would find almost all hold doctorates. Many will have graduated from Thailand’s most prestigious universities; many others will hold degrees from overseas universities – including Cambridge, Oxford, Toronto, McGill, Harvard, and the University of California, Berkeley.

The Faculty of Education’s main facility is located on the university’s campus in Muang Ake, Pathumthani province. However, education degree programmes taught in English are located at the Sathorn Thani campus which is conveniently located adjacent to BTS Chong Nonsi in Sathorn Thani #1 office building. State-of the-art classrooms and student study areas are located on the 7th and 8th floors.

Instructors come to the Faculty’s classrooms live, not on TV, not distance, and not E-learning. The environment is truly unique with a wide mix of students – Thai, Chinese, American, British, Canadian, and Philippine. At Rangsit instructors will come to know you as an individual – not just as a student ID number
