The Hospitality Exchange Program provide young, highly motivated people at the beginning of their career in the hospitality industry an opportunity to gain 6 months practical work experience in Western hotels and to gain a better cross-cultural understanding of the International traveler

The Hospitality Exchange Program was established in 1998 in cooperation with leading hotel chains and hotel schools in Europe and the Rangsit University and the Thai Hotels Association in Bangkok. Various universities and hotel chains in Thailand joined the program. The Thai and European governments support the program through their embassies in Europe and Thailand.

Since 1998, over 150 people successfully completed the program. The program runs twice per year from January-July and July-January in The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Sweden.
